Testimonials from my courses and workshops

A special and enjoyable course that presents the material in an engaging way, accompanied by many videos to enrich the learning experience. I learned a lot of new things and experimented with various types of AI. I especially enjoyed the amazing instructor, Limor, who made herself available for consultations by phone throughout the course, always with warmth and joy.

From reflective writing after completing the course: During the preparation of the final assignment, I couldn’t ignore the thoughts about the gaps between the knowledge I had before the training and the knowledge and tools I acquired as a result of it. For this assignment, within the framework of the course’s final task, we created an alternative assessment that included group work, independent research, use of databases, presentation creation, and question development.
All of this was designed to create an engaging game combined with digital tools—a competitive game that also promotes deep and meaningful learning. We succeeded in giving each student the opportunity to leverage their strengths, all in pursuit of the same meaningful learning goal.

From reflective writing after completing the course: In this training, I learned how to lead organizational innovation through five practical experimentation stages: identifying challenges and problems at the school level, inventing and building tailored solutions using Ideation; then we identified both the hindering and accelerating factors, held a discussion at the school to refine this list, and entered the relevant and essential information into the Lean Canvas tool. We were introduced to the SMART model, which I was delighted to learn about and am confident I will use in my future work. The discussions with fellow participants and listening to the programs I was exposed to opened many doors and generated numerous ideas for moving forward.

The training opened a window into the technological leap taking place these days. Although the use of tools in educational work in Hebrew is still limited, one cannot ignore this dramatic change that will transform the world of content and educational discourse.

Insights from webinar participants: Fair learning and addressing student diversity is one of the greatest challenges every teacher faces. We need to be equipped with a wide range of tools and the readiness to be flexible in order to meet this challenge. There is a need for optimal teacher training to create expert teachers who will mentor expert students. It is important to nurture the emotional aspect of students. Seeing the child and highlighting their abilities in school must be part of every classroom lesson.
In summary: Thank you, Limor, for the engaging session and for the shared learning in breakout rooms. Thank you for a wonderful lecture—the meeting was rich and instructive. I was introduced to the concept of UDL.

From reflective writing after completing the course: We would like to highlight the contribution of the dialogue with our group members and with you, Limor, our mentor. The course became the anchor of our initiative, no longer just a training program. Listening to other initiatives and the solutions offered taught me a great deal and had a direct impact on my school and on our own project. And finally, dear Limor, this is an opportunity to thank you. You were available on WhatsApp, in phone calls, and during the sessions—with endless patience and precise guidance. You knew how to ask us the right questions, through which we found the answers to the very questions we ourselves had asked. We are grateful to have taken part in this program and look forward to continuing next year.

From reflective writing after completing the course: During the development of my initiative, my belief and motivation to make things succeed and see the process through to the end grew. In the ever-changing reality of the school, we are accustomed to changes and the need to find creative solutions, so each challenge brings professional growth and the ability to find solutions. During the course, I learned to refine the process using tools that help "organize" my thoughts and enable me to act and implement in order to achieve success.
